Description The issue allows remote authenticated users to bypass the moodle/calendar:manageownentries capability requirement. This can be exploited to add a calendar entry via a New Entry action.

Recommendations For Moodle versions 1.9.x through 1.9.17, update to version 1.9.18 or later. For Moodle versions 2.0.x through 2.0.8, update to version 2.0.9 or later. For Moodle versions 2.1.x through 2.1.5, update to version 2.1.6 or later. For Moodle versions 2.2.x through 2.2.2, update to version 2.2.3 or later.
