Description
The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an assertion failure and daemon exit, by performing link protocol negotiation incorrectly.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 0.2.3.24-rc, update to version 0.2.3.24-rc or later to resolve the issue.
