Description
A race condition exists when wget is used in recursive or mirroring mode to download a single file. This might allow remote servers to bypass intended access list restrictions by keeping an HTTP connection open.
Recommendations
For versions 1.17 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.17 to resolve the issue.
