Description
The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a NULL pointer dereference and application crash. This occurs when an empty field is provided where a hostname or IP address should be present.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 3.0, update to version 3.0 or later to resolve the issue.
