Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Panda Free Antivirus version 18.0
Description The issue allows local users to cause a denial of service, resulting in a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD), by sending a crafted DeviceIoControl request to the .PSMEMDriver endpoint. This is due to a problem with the PSKMAD.sys driver in Panda Free Antivirus.
Recommendations For Panda Free Antivirus version 18.0, consider disabling the PSKMAD.sys driver as a temporary workaround to prevent the denial of service issue until a patch is available.
