Description: The issue is related to an out-of-bounds write error in the FillColorRow8 function in utils.cpp when reading an image file using cv::imread. This can allow a remote attacker to access confidential data, compromise its integrity, and cause a denial of service.

Recommendations: For OpenCV versions 3.3 and earlier, consider disabling the FillColorRow8 function in utils.cpp as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to image file reading using cv::imread to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
