Description
The issue allows an authenticated user to write to any system file due to insufficient sanitization during the upload of a backup file.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 5.5, update to version 5.5 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the backup file upload feature until a patch is available.
