Description An issue was discovered in the admincp.php file. When verifying the CSRF TOKEN, if the CSRF TOKEN does not exist, only the Referer header is validated. This validation can be bypassed by including an admincp.php substring in the Referer header.

Recommendations For idreamsoft iCMS version 7.0.11, consider temporarily disabling the CSRF token verification in admincp.php or restrict access to this file until a patch is available. As a workaround, validate the CSRF TOKEN existence and value before relying on the Referer header validation.
