Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Icinga Web 2 versions prior to 2.6.2

Description The issue allows parameters to break navigation dashlets. For example, using a single '$' character as the Name of a Navigation item can cause the problem.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2.6.2, update to version 2.6.2 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of special characters in Navigation item names until a patch is applied.
