Description The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a heap-based buffer over-read and application crash, via a crafted file. This is related to the audio sample entry AddBox() function at isomedia/box code base.c.

Recommendations For GPAC version 0.7.1, consider disabling the audio sample entry AddBox() function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to crafted files to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
