Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Setup component of the Oracle Learning Management product. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to manipulate data. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data or all accessible data within Oracle Learning Management, allowing for creation, deletion, or modification.
