Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Installation component of Oracle Collaborative Planning, part of the Oracle E-Business Suite. This can allow a remote attacker to gain access to modify, add, or delete protected data. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification access to critical data or all accessible data within Oracle Collaborative Planning.

Recommendations For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.12, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
