Description The issue is related to authorization bypass due to a missing capability check on AJAX actions. This allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level permissions and above to reset image optimizations.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 2.6.8, update to a version that includes a fix for the missing capability check on AJAX actions to prevent authorization bypass. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
