Description
The issue is related to a missing permission check in the launchConfirmationActivity of ChooseLockSettingsHelper.java. This could allow enabling developer options without the lockscreen PIN, leading to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation.
