Description The cacheservice API could be exploited to indirectly inject parameters with SQL syntax that was not properly sanitized, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary SQL queries when creating new cache groups. This could be achieved by attackers with access to a local or restricted network. Improvements have been made to the input check for API calls and to filter out potentially malicious content.
