Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Google Map Shortcode WordPress plugin versions 3.1.2 and earlier

Description The issue allows users with a role as low as contributor to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks, which could be used against high privilege users such as admin. This is due to the plugin not validating and escaping some of its shortcode attributes before outputting them back in the page.

Recommendations For Google Map Shortcode WordPress plugin versions 3.1.2 and earlier, update to a version that fixes the issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
