Description A Regular Expression Denial of Service issue was discovered, allowing an attack by adding a large string in the timeout input in the gitlab-ci.yml file.
Recommendations For versions 12.3 through 16.3.6, update to version 16.3.6 or later. For versions 16.4 through 16.4.2, update to version 16.4.2 or later. For versions 16.5 through 16.5.1, update to version 16.5.1 or later.
