Description The issue allows unauthorized modification of data and loss of data due to a missing capability check on the grid plus save layout callback and grid plus delete callback functions. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subscriber privileges or above to add, update, or delete grid layout.

Recommendations For versions up to, and including, 1.3.2, update to a version higher than 1.3.2 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the grid plus save layout callback and grid plus delete callback functions until a patch is available.
