Description The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the OPTEE component of MediaTek chipsets, which could allow an attacker to escalate their privileges. This is due to a missing bounds check, leading to a possible out of bounds write. The exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction and could lead to local escalation of privilege with System execution privileges needed.
