Description The issue exists due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an operating system command, allowing an attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via specifically crafted HTTP GET request parameters.

Recommendations For Fortinet FortiWLM versions 8.5.0 through 8.5.4, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For Fortinet FortiWLM versions 8.6.0 through 8.6.5, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to HTTP GET requests to minimize the risk of exploitation.
