Description A low privilege Zabbix user with API access can use a SQL injection vulnerability in include/classes/api/CApiService.php to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the groupBy parameter.

Recommendations As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the CApiService.php function until a patch is available. Restrict access to the include/classes/api/CApiService.php module to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the groupBy parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
