Description The issue is related to an improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command, allowing an authenticated privileged attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via crafted CLI requests. This is a result of an 'OS Command Injection' vulnerability.

Recommendations For Fortinet FortiVoice versions 7.0.0 through 7.0.4, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk. For Fortinet FortiVoice versions prior to 6.4.9, update to version 6.4.9 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the CLI to minimize the risk of exploitation.
