A logic issue was addressed with improved state management. The issue causes photo location information to persist after it is removed with Preview Inspector.

For versions prior to 12.4, update to macOS Monterey 12.4 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Preview Inspector until the update is applied.
