Description:
The issue is related to an integer overflow in the LoadImage API of the USER32 Lib, which can be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. This can be achieved through a .bmp, .cur, .ico, or .ani file with a large image size field, leading to a buffer overflow.
