**Description**
The issue is related to insufficient access control in the wiki component, allowing remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files by using a manage-files button in a text editor. This is due to the component not considering the mod/wiki:managefiles capability before authorizing file management.
**Recommendations**
For versions 2.6.11 and earlier, update to version 2.6.12 or later.
For versions 2.7.x through 2.7.9, update to version 2.7.10 or later.
For versions 2.8.x through 2.8.7, update to version 2.8.8 or later.
For versions 2.9.x through 2.9.1, update to version 2.9.2 or later.
