**Description**
A user with limited privileges, lacking the 'admin' role in Splunk, may gain access to the Splunk Monitoring Console application's API endpoints due to insufficient access controls. This could result in the disclosure of sensitive information. The Monitoring Console application is included with Splunk Enterprise and is not available for download separately or installed on Splunk Cloud Platform instances.
