Drupal · Drupal Content Construction Kit · CVE-2008-6972
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Drupal Content Construction Kit (CCK) versions 5.x through 5.x-1.8 Description: The issue allows remote authenticated users with administer content permissions to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the `field label`, `help text`, or `allowed values` settings. Recommendations: For versions 5.x through 5.x-1.8, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the CCK module to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the vulnerable settings until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
