**Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions** NetShareWatcher version 1.5.8.0 **Description** A structured exception handler (SEH) buffer overflow exists, allowing local attackers to execute arbitrary code by providing malicious input. Attackers can craft a payload that overwrites SEH and NSEH pointers via the `Restrictions` custom filter field, triggering code execution when the `Find()` function is invoked. SEH is a mechanism used by Windows to handle hardware and software exceptions. **Recommendations** At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
