Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This is achieved via the giveRights UserId parameter in the rights.php file.
Recommendations For DynPG CMS version 4.2.0, consider restricting access to the rights.php file until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the giveRights UserId parameter in the affected file to minimize the risk of exploitation.
