Description The issue is related to a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the service parameter in the pubDBLogon.jsp file.
Recommendations For SAP Crystal Report Server 2008, consider restricting access to the pubDBLogon.jsp file to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the service parameter in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
