Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Baby Gekko versions 1.2.0 and earlier
Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via several parameters, including username, email address, password, password verify, firstname, lastname, or verification code, to the "users/action/register" API endpoint.
Recommendations For Baby Gekko versions 1.2.0 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "users/action/register" endpoint until a patch is available. Avoid using the parameters username, email address, password, password verify, firstname, lastname, or verification code in this endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
