Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Pixie CMS version 1.04
Description The issue concerns multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in the contact module of Pixie CMS. These vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via specific parameters in the Contact form. The vulnerable parameters are uemail and subject.
Recommendations For Pixie CMS version 1.04, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the contact module admin/modules/contact.php to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the parameters uemail and subject in the affected Contact form until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
