Description The issue is related to the Security component in Apple OS X, which fails to properly process cached information about app certificates. This allows attackers to bypass the Gatekeeper protection mechanism by using a revoked Developer ID certificate to sign a crafted app.
Recommendations For Apple OS X versions prior to 10.10.2, update to version 10.10.2 or later to resolve the issue.
