Description The issue is related to an incorrect authorization check. Users with user management permission, assigned to some organization(s), can perform all operations granted by these permissions on all administrator user objects outside of their scope. This includes editing global admin accounts and changing their passwords.

Recommendations For Foreman versions 1.5 and later, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
