Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Sudo versions prior to 1.8.15
Description The issue allows local users to bypass intended noexec command restrictions. This can be achieved via an application that calls the (1) system or (2) popen function.
Recommendations For versions prior to 1.8.15, update to version 1.8.15 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of applications that call the system or popen functions until a patch is applied.
