Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Android versions 9.0
Description The issue is related to a possible failure to initialize a security feature due to uninitialized data in the ipSecSetEncapSocketOwner function of XfrmController.cpp. This could lead to a local denial of service of IPsec on sockets with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. The vulnerability may also be related to errors in resource release, which could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
