Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Suricata version 4.1.3
Description: An issue was discovered where the parser attempts to access a part of a DHCP packet when the network packet does not have the correct length, leading to a panic in the parse clientid option function in the dhcp/parser.rs file.
Recommendations: For Suricata version 4.1.3, consider updating to a newer version that addresses this issue, as the current version may cause the parser to panic when encountering incorrectly sized network packets.
