Description: The issue is related to an elevation of privilege vulnerability in the Microsoft Edge Browser Broker COM object. This vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker to elevate privileges on an affected system. It does not allow arbitrary code execution on its own but could enable arbitrary code to be run if combined with another vulnerability, such as a remote code execution vulnerability or another elevation of privilege vulnerability, that can leverage the elevated privileges for code execution.
