Description:
The issue allows for a potential MITM attack due to the resolution of artifacts using an http connection during the build process. This was fixed in a related component, the Kotlin plugin, version 1.3.30.

For versions prior to 1.1.0, update the Kotlin plugin to version 1.3.30 or later to resolve the issue.
