Description A session fixation issue allows unauthorized attackers to impersonate another user if they can control the pre-authentication session. This is due to a vulnerability in the GitLabSecurityRealm.java component.

Recommendations For Jenkins Gitlab Authentication Plugin version 1.4 and earlier, update to a version later than 1.4 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the GitLabSecurityRealm.java component to minimize the risk of exploitation.
