Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions ZyWall, USG, and UAG devices (affected versions not specified)
Description A reflective Cross-site scripting (XSS) issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the err msg parameter in the free time failed.cgi CGI program.
Recommendations For all affected versions, consider restricting access to the free time failed.cgi CGI program until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the err msg parameter in the affected CGI program to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
