Description A vulnerability in Cisco Umbrella could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack against a user in a network protected by Umbrella. The issue is due to insufficient validation of input parameters passed to the URL block page. An attacker could exploit this by persuading a user to click a maliciously crafted link, potentially allowing the execution of arbitrary script code in the context of the interface or access to sensitive browser-based information.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability, however, it is mentioned that the issue has been fixed in the current version of Cisco Umbrella.
