Description An issue was discovered that allows path traversal via the file parameter in the "html/gui/general/dl publication.php" endpoint, enabling remote attackers to read PDF files in arbitrary directories.

Recommendations For versions prior to 7.5.0, update to version 7.5.0 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "dl publication.php" endpoint to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the file parameter in the affected endpoint until the issue is resolved.
