Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Workflow Notification Mailer component of Oracle Workflow, part of the Oracle E-Business Suite. This allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Workflow, potentially resulting in unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some Oracle Workflow accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.3, update to a version that includes the necessary security fixes. For versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.9, apply the relevant patch or update to a version that includes the necessary security fixes.
