Description The issue is related to the SSL API component of Oracle Security Service, which has inadequate access controls. This allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTPS to compromise the service. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all accessible data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to some accessible data.
