Description: The issue arises from the mcrypt get block size function not enforcing the module parameter to be a string, leading to type confusion when other data types are passed.

Recommendations: For versions prior to 3.9.5, update to version 3.9.5 or later. For versions 3.10.0 through 3.12.3, update to a version outside of this range. For versions 3.13.0 through 3.14.1, update to a version outside of this range.
