Recommendations:
For versions prior to 4.1.0, update to version 4.1.0 or later.
For version 4.0.4 and earlier, update to version 4.0.5 or later, or apply the fix from version 4.1.0.
For version 3.10.3 and earlier, update to version 3.10.4 or later, or apply the fix from version 4.1.0.
