Description: The issue affects the Oracle Payables product, specifically the Invoice Approvals component. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Payables. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, including creation, deletion, or modification of data, as well as complete access to all Oracle Payables accessible data.
