Description: The issue allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Incentive Compensation, resulting in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Incentive Compensation accessible data. Successful attacks can also lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data.
