Description
The issue is related to a Broken Access Control vulnerability in the issue notification feature, allowing users who have watched an issue to continue receiving updates on the issue even after their Jira account is revoked.

For versions prior to 8.19.0, update to version 8.19.0 or later to resolve the issue.
